Jasmin Bhasin opens up on receiving death and rape threats after Bigg Boss, reveals seeking ‘medical help’

Television actress Jasmin Bhasin appeared in Bigg Boss 14. Her stint on the show was very much loved by her fans. But after coming out of the show it was not easy for her. Jasmin had to go through a lot as she was subjected to abuses and trolls. The Naagin actress also revealed that she received death and rape threats that affected her mentally. Read on to know what she has said.

In an interview with News 18, Jasmin while talking about her experience said, “Leave alone trolling, people hurled such toxic abuses at me when I left the Bigg Boss house. I received death and rape threats. And for what? Just because I did a show and they didn’t like me in it?”.

She also said that what she faced was very serious and all of that affected her mentally at some point. “But I got over it with medical help and my friends and family who love me,” added Jasmin.

Jasmin also said that she is not affected by trolls anymore and focuses on the love she has been receiving for her work.

Jasmin is a popular face on television. She appeared in shows like Tashan-e-Ishq, Dil Se Dil Tak, Dil Toh Happy Hai Ji, and others. She will be soon making her debut in the Punjabi film industry with Gippy Grewal’s Honeymoon. They wrapped up the shoot in April in London. She was recently seen in the music video Sajaunga Lutkar Bhi with Aly Goni.
