Jennifer Mistry makes new shocking allegations on Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah maker Asit Modi

Jennifer Mistry has been levelling serious allegations against Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah Asit Kumarr Modi for a while. From accusing him of sexual harassment to not clearing her pending dues, Jennifer is going all out and about. Amidst the ugly war between Jennifer and Asit, she recently made new allegations about him in an interview. Jennifer mentioned that she had one witness and that is Gurucharan Sodhi who played her onscreen husband. He was the one who witnessed Asit Modi’s behaviour and assured that he will be her witness in court.

However, Jennifer Mistry is shocked as Asit Modi has manipulated her witness after his pending dues were cleared.

Speaking to ETimes, Mistry said, “Gurucharan is one of the witnesses in my case. I got a call on June 9 from Gurucharan Sodhi all of a sudden asking me to come and see him. He was the one who had rescued me in Singapore when Asim Kumarr Modi tried to flirt with or misbehave with me. He, in a fun diplomatic way, stood between us and stopped him from staying away from or not touching me. This was because I had shared about Asit Ji’s behaviour in the past. He knows all the things. Also, I would like to give the background. In May 2023, Gurucharan had himself called me and assured me that he’d be a witness for me in court. He had categorically told me, ‘I’d not comment in the media but he will come to the court to support me.’”

The TMKOC actor further added, “Suddenly, on June 9, when I went to meet him, he told me he was called to office on June 8 all of a sudden. And all his outstanding dues which were pending for the last three and a half years were cleared. All the pending dues were cleared which were stuck. I realised then and there now he would not speak in my favour. I did not tell him anything. But he told me that he can be the neutral person between Asit Modi and me who can get us to sit across and discuss.“

In the same interview, Jennifer mentioned that Gurucharan Sodhi wanted to be a mediator to resolve issues between Jennifer and Asit.

After Jennifer made accusations against Asit Modi, Mumbai Police registered a case against him in June.
