Speaking with ETimes, Paridhi Sharma expressed shock. She revealed she wasn’t in constant touch with Manisha after the show went off air. However, Sharma mentioned being in touch via a WhatsApp ground named Mughals.

She said, “I wasn’t in constant touch with her after our show went off air. But we have a Whats App group which is named Mughals and all the actresses who were begums in the show are a part of that group. So that’s how we stay in touch and if anything important is to be shared about anyone’s life, we do that on the group. I got to know about this yesterday on the group and I was shocked.

Sheezan, who played the role of Sultan Murad Mirza, Manisha’s on-screen son on Jodha Akbar said it’s hard to believe. Talking to a news portal, he said, “It’s very saddening. She was my first onscreen mother. It’s hard to believe.”

Meanwhile, Manisha Yadav was an active social media user. Even on Twitter, she constantly shared pictures with her son and husband.
