Juhi Chawla, Karishma Tanna, Kritika Kamra come together for Amazon Prime Video’s upcoming series Hush Hush

The International Women’s Day is on March 8 every year. This day is specially dedicated to women and the achievements and struggles of women from all walks of life are celebrated. On this special occasion, Amazon Prime Video has announced its upcoming series Hush Hush which is a working title. The interesting part of this series is that only it is led by only women-the cast and the crew. From the production designer, costume designer to art to even the security team, every department is led by women.

Hush Hush stars Juhi Chawla, Ayesha Jhulka, Soha Ali Khan, Karishma Tanna, Shahana Goswami and Kritika Kamra. They took to their social media handles to make the announcement with a thoughtful video. The thriller-drama is about women telling their own stories.

Amazon Prime Video shared the video with the caption, “As we celebrate women around us today, we are excited to share our new untitled series, a story about strong female protagonists and helmed by some of the finest female talent behind the camera!Who run the world? ? Hush hush, here we come ?Coming soon(sic)”.

The series is helmed by some amazing talents. Tanuja Chandra of Qarib Qarib Singlle fame is the Creative Director & Executive Producer and Shikhaa Sharma of Toilet – Ek Prem Katha is the Executive Producer and original story writer. Kopal Nathani, who is a popular name in the advertising industry is the director. Juhi Chaturvedi will write the dialogues for the series that is written by Ashish Mehta. It is produced by Vikram Malhotra’s Abundantia Entertainment.
