Kapil Sharma to charge an astronomical fee hike as The Kapil Sharma Show returns?

Kapil Sharma has garnered an army of fans over the years with his show The Kapil Sharma Show. He has become a household name with his rib-tickling humour. When The Kapil Sharma Show went off-air the fans of the ace comedian were left disheartened but now that TKSS is said to be coming back, reports of Kapil’s fee hike has begun to make the rounds.

According to a report by New18, The Kapil Sharma Show will have a new format and a new team, and Kapil himself will be getting a bit more than what he usually charges. The report said that Kapil was earlier charging Rs 30 lakh per episode as the host and now from the next season onwards he will be getting Rs 50 lakh per episode. However, nothing is confirmed yet.

The TRP of The Kapil Sharma Show was always skyrocketing as it was the go-to show in the nation on weekends. The comedian got immense love from the fans over the years and he is one of the biggest reasons why the show was received o well. Further talking about when The Kapil Sharma Show will air, there is no official announcement yet but TKSS is most likely to air from the last week of July, or July 21. If a report by Telly Chakkar is to go by, TKSS will start from July 21.
