Kapil Sharma reveals he wakes up at 4 AM as he shares intense workout video, Watch

He even updates his massive fan base with details of the upcoming episode of The Kapil Sharma show. Kapil drops videos giving a glimpse of the upcoming episodes of The Kapil Sharma show. Kapil Sharma on Wednesday took to his Instagram to share a video of him from his intense workout session. The comedian is seen performing rigorous workout routine at early hours of the day.

The video features Kapil doing some warm-up exercises. He is seen running on the treadmill, then doing some jumping jacks. Sharma is also spotted doing some push-ups, some shoulder and back exercises and lots more. Sharing the video, the comedian mentioned that he woke up at 4 AM as he had to be at work at 6 in the morning. Kapil shared the video and said that there should be ‘no excuses’ to ‘stay healthy’.

Sharing the video, the comedian wrote, “When you have a 6 am shift, check in to the gym by 4 am #noexcuses #workout #stayhealthy #stayhappy love you all (sic).”
