Karan Mehra denies having an extramarital affair; says, ‘These stories are baseless. I haven’t cheated on her’

On Monday, TV actor Karan Mehra was arrested on charges of domestic violence filed against him by his wife Nisha Rawal. The actor got bail on Tuesday. Nisha has accused Karan of being abusive and having an extramarital affair. The actress also revealed how Karan has always been like this and she put up with it for the sake of saving their marriage.

In an exclusive interview with Bollywood Bubble, Nisha revealed that when she came to know about Karan’s affair she wanted to talk it out with him. But when things went out of hand she decided to part ways. But Karan is not making that easy as well. Now Karan has finally reacted to Nisha’s accusations of having an affair.

Commenting on Nisha’s accusations of having an extramarital affair, Karan told Times of India, “All these allegations are bound to come up and I will be linked with many people. These stories are baseless. I haven’t cheated on her and I am not having an extramarital affair.”

Meanwhile, speaking to Bollywood Bubble about how Karan has been abusive since 2014. However, she didn’t walk out of marriage back then because she was in love with him and he would always apologise and promise never to behave like that again. “I didn’t walk out because I was in love and he was apologetic is my answer. I did not, you do not give up, it is about individual strength. I did not want to give up easily especially when the person is sorry and apologises. I came back because I believed him and then he would be okay for some days and then back to being his ways,” Nisha Rawal revealed to Bollywood Bubble. She shared, “I have pictures till right up to 2014 and before that he would just slap me. After 2014, he would slap me and I have proof that I have submitted to the police.”
