A few days back, we all came across the story of a Worli-based dog (Lucky) who was mercilessly beaten by a security guard for seeking shelter in a building. The poor animal passed away yesterday (Wednesday). Lucky’s death saddened several animal lovers who had even protested against the cruelty meted out to the street dog.

Television actor Karan Patel, who is an avid animal lover, has issued a stern warning against the people responsible for the street dog’s death. He took to his Instagram handle and warned a man named Bhatiya and the watchman of the building. He was asking them to start counting their days.

Going by the video, Karan appears to be extremely angry and upset. In his post as well, he used cuss words while cautioning the perpetrator of Lucky’s death. The ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’ also clearly said that right now he is in Bulgaria, but once he comes back to India, he will teach them all the lesson of their life.

As the news of Lucky being beaten mercilessly was highlighted by animal rights activists, several Bollywood celebs like Anushka Sharma, John Abraham and Jacqueline Fernandez had come forward to lend their support to the poor animal. In fact, an FIR has also been lodged at the Worli police station. Now, everyone is grief-stricken as the poor soul passed away.
