New bride Karishma Tanna performs ‘pehli rasoi’ ritual, watch what she cooked

Actress Karishma Tanna got hitched to businessman Varun Bangera on February 5. The diva ditched the red lehenga and donned a gorgeous pastel one for her big day while Varun was in a white sherwani. Karishma shared dreamy pics and videos from the wedding ceremony. The newlyweds had their griha pravesh today. The Naagin actress was in a bright pink saree while Varun was in a printed yellow kurta and a pair of pants. The video of her entry to her sasural has gone viral.

The new bride also performed the ‘pehli rasoi’ ritual at her in-laws’ house. She shared a video where she was seen cooking halwa and offering a bowl of the sweet dish to God first. Then Varun was seen feeding her and vice versa.

Sharing the video on her Instagram handle, the Kyunki Saas Bhi Bahu Thi actress wrote, “Pehli rasoi. Kuch meetha ho jaaye ??”

Karishma has posted a video from her wedding where she was heard saying, “My dearest Varun, as I walk towards you today, my heart is filled with nothing but love and gratitude. This one is for you because truly kinna sona tainu rab ne banaya.” She further added, “Baby can we skip to the good part”, and did a special performance on Sajna by Badshah. She then entered the mandap with a pink rose for Varun.
