Kushal Punjabi dies at the age of 37; Karanvir Bohra shares the shocking news

Television actor Kushal Punjabi died at the age of 37. He was last seen in the show ‘Ishq Mein Marjawan’ show. While the exact cause of his death is yet-to-be known, the news has certainly left everyone shocked. Kushal’s friend and colleague Karanvir Bohra confirmed the news of his untimely death on his social media handle.

Sharing a few pictures of Kushal, Karanvir in his post wrote, “Ur demise has shocked the hell out of me. I’m still in denial @itsme_kushalpunjabi. I know you are in a happier place, but this is unfathomable. The way you lead your life really inspired me in more ways than one….but what was I to know. Your zest for dancing, fitness, off-road biking, fatherhood and above all that, that smiling face of yours, your happy-go-lucky nature your warmth all that was such ingenuity. I’m gonna miss you so much #kushlani. You will always be remembered sad a guy who lived a full life(sic)”

Several television celebs were shocked to hear the news of Kushal’s death. ‘Hum Tum and Them’ actress Shweta Tiwari commented on Karanvir’s post saying, “What??? Oh my god! When? And how?” and Ravi Dubey wrote, “What?????”. Sumona Chakravarti wrote, “Wait… what… this is so shocking! How? Didn’t he just do the devil’s race or something… he posted abt it on Fb.”

Kushal was a part of shows like ‘CID’, ‘Kabhi Jaan Kabhi Naa’, ‘Yeh Dil Chahe More’, ‘Kasam Se’ and ‘Ishq Mein Marjawan’ to name a few.  Apart from television, Kushal also starred in films like Kaal, Lakshya, Dhan Dhana Dhan Goal, and Salaam-e-Ishq to name a few.

As per a report in SpotboyE, Kushal committed suicide by hanging himself to death. Police also found a suicide note, however, the actor hasn’t blamed anyone for his death.

He was married to Audrey Dolhen. The couple has a son.
