Madhubala actress Drashti Dhami tests positive for COVID-19, says ‘accepting love and good food’

Drashti Dhami is the next celebrity to have tested COVID 19 positive in the last one week. Earlier, Ekta Kapoor, Nakuul Mehta, Mrunal Thakur among others tested positive and have been recuperating at home. Drashti shared the information on social media and revealed that while she is showing mild symptoms, she is counting on her blessings at the moment. She shared a picture where all the necessary items to take care during COVID including oximetry, medicines and flowers are in close proximity to her.

Drashti Dhami wrote, “Just some good things to keep me company as I fight the 3rd wave! Luckily, I can smell those lilies and enjoy that Twix. Counting on these blessings! Now accepting love and good food. P.S Also not so subtle plug of a good show on streamers! Empire still on @disneyplushotstar.” As soon as the actress posted the update on social media, her friends from the industry sent out best wishes to her, hoping for her speedy recovery.

From Nakuul Mehta to Karishma Tanna, Kunal Jaisingh, Arijit Taneja, everyone wished her a speedy recovery. “Get back stronger drashti ,” wrote Karan V Grover, while Nakuul Mehta joked, “Also watch Bade Achhe Lagte Hain 2 on @sonylivindia ! Will help you HEAL faster.”
