Madhurima Tuli on being paired opposite Sharad Malhotra in ‘Pasta’: We’ve different ways of working

Madhurima Tuli and Sharad Malhotra recently starred in a short film ‘Pasta’ that shows the state of urban marriages in India. It released on OTT platform Ullu on September 25. The film is about a young business entrepreneur played by Sharad Malhotra and his working wife Nimmi (Madhurima Tuli).

On working with Sharad, Madhurima said, “He comes from a very different background I suppose though we both come from TV. We both have a different way of working. This is a completely new pairing that also is a different feel to the film. He is that soft-spoken personality and I’m a working woman. It’s a beautiful pair. It’s great and fun working with him. He has done a fantastic job and very professional and a great person also.”

‘Pasta’ was shot two years back and Madhurima is happy that it has released now. She said, “It’s a very good time for people to know about his film and it will reach for people.”

When asked how she evolved as an actress over the years, she said, “I think you keep doing work and you keep evolving. In the journey of your career, you should not say no to something which you know that you should do. I think that’s how we grow in life. I had a good journey and have done a lot of things. I learned from every show and film whatever I did. I’m happy with my journey so far and I’m hoping it goes like this or maybe better.”
