Mannara Chopra demands a public apology from Munawar Faruqui for kiss allegation in Bigg Boss 17

The grand finale of Salman Khan-hosted show Bigg Boss 17 took place a few days ago. Munawar Faruqui emerged as the winner of the reality show, beating Abhishek Kumar, Mannara Chopra, Ankita Lokhande, and Arun Mashettey. Talking about Munawar and Mannara, they grabbed attention for their friendship. There were times when they had arguments and fights inside the Bigg Boss 17 house as well. Now, in a recent interview, Mannara opened up about her close bond with Munawar.

Speaking with E Times, Mannara said, “For me, Munawar is like family. I have considered him a true friend, and even he has helped me a lot on the show. Maine show mein jitni bhi dostiyaan ki hain, who sab dil se hi ki hain.”

When asked about his kiss allegation, she demanded a public apology from him. The actress said, “Oh my God! It’s a weird statement. There’s no footage like this. I don’t know in what context he said that, but if he has, he needs to apologise to me publically.”

For the uninitiated, in one of the episodes according to News18, Munawar was speaking to Ankita Lokhande when he revealed that Mannara kissed him on Diwali night. He told her, “I got uncomfortable because I have always maintained a line. I don’t want to say this to her because it will be awkward for her.”
