‘Mirzapur 2’: The release date of Pankaj Tripathi, Ali Fazal and Divyenndu Sharmaa starrer is finally out!

The wait is finally over. The makers of ‘Mirzapur’ have finally announced the release date of Season 2. The web series will release on October 23, 2020.

‘Mirzapur’ is a crime thriller web series which revolves around drugs, guns and lawlessness in the Purvanchal region of Uttar Pradesh. The first season starred Pankaj Tripathi, Ali Fazal, Divyenndu Sharmaa, Rasika Dugal, Shweta Tripathi, Vikrant Massey, Kulbhushan Kharbanda, Rajesh Tailang, Sheeba Chaddha, Subhrajyoti Barat and others. The first season ends with a gory incident at a wedding function.

All episodes of ‘Mirzapur’ season one did good business all over and with the new season, the makers are thinking of bigger things. It was raved by the audiences and critics alike. ‘Mirzapur’ season two will depict the story of the violent world of ‘Mirzapur’ which, when coupled with greed for power, changes people and asks for sacrifices.

Created by Puneet Krishna, Amazon Prime Video Original’s ‘Mirzapur 2’ is directed by Gurmeet Singh and Mihir Desai and is produced by Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar under the banner of Excel Entertainment.
