EXCLUSIVE: Mohit Malik opens up on his love story with wife Aditi: I have been under her spell

Mohit Malik and Aditi Shirwaikar Malik are one of the most loved couples of the television industry. They met in 2006 and after several years of courtship, they got married in 2010. In an exclusive interview with Bollywood Bubble, the Kullfi Kumarr Bajewala actor opened up about his love story with the Shararat actress. The couple met on the sets of TV show Milee.

When Mohit was asked about the moment he felt Aditi was the one, he said, “There was no moment as such. I think I was under a spell. I didn’t understand how and when it happened. If I look back, I don’t have memories of that moment when I felt that she is the one. It’s just like she came into my life like a fresh breath and she took care of me, she comforted me. Main aise flow mai beh gaya. It happens when two souls are meant to be together.”

Mohit and Aditi welcomed their first child, Ekbir in April 2021. Revealing his reaction to Aditi’s news of pregnancy, the actor said, “When Aditi called me, she said, ‘I am positive’. I was shooting for the show Lockdown Ki Love Story. Mujhe laga ki, ‘Are you COVID positive?’. She said no and ‘stupid understand’. It came as a big surprise for both of us.”
