EXCLUSIVE: Mohit Malik shares his EPIC reaction when wife Aditi broke the news of pregnancy with son Ekbir

Television couple Mohit Malik and his wife Aditi Shirwaikar Malik welcomed their first child, a baby boy in April 2021. They named their son, Ekbir. In an exclusive interview with Bollywood Bubble, Mohit revealed his reaction when Aditi broke the news of her pregnancy to him. The Khatron Ke Khiladi fame actor also opened up on how the arrival of his son has brought changes in his life.

Mohit said, “I think it’s changing gradually. I have changed and it’s visible right now. I think I can feel the change in me because lots of my issues are getting solved because of his entry in my life. Mere bachpan ke conditioning ke kuch issues hain jo mere present mai mujhe disturb kar rahe the. But woh dheere dheere resolve ho rahe hain. It’s like my birth which has happened and the growth is slow but there is a beautiful growth which is happening in me and I can feel it. In my daily routine and life, I can feel that change in me. Ekbir has been a blessing and what I have been looking for all my life, he has given me”.

Revealing his reaction to Aditi’s news of pregnancy, the Kullfi Kumarr Bajewala actor said, “When Aditi called me, she said, ‘I am positive’. I was shooting for the show Lockdown Ki Love Story. Mujhe laga ki, ‘Are you COVID positive?’. She said no and ‘stupid understand’. It came as a big surprise for both of us.”

He added, “He is like blessing in disguise. I always wanted a girl but the moment I saw him, I don’t know where was I. My brain stopped working. I was just connected and I held him in my hands and started crying. I forgot that I wanted a girl. It’s such a beautiful gift and amazing soul.”
