Recently, Kangana Ranaut has given an explosive interview to Republic TV where she yet again blasted the bigwigs of the industry. Also, she had called Taapsee Pannu and Swara Bhasker ‘needy outsiders’ and ‘B-grade actresses’. She even questioned Mumbai Police for not summoning Karan Johar, Aditya Chopra, Mahesh Bhatt and Rajeev Masand while investigating Sushant Singh Rajput’s case. Also, she spoke on nepotism, favouritism, and mental lynching in the industry.
While some are lauding Kangana for being fierce and feisty in her interview, one section of the industry has disagreed to some of her statements. One such actor is ‘Ishqbaaaz’ actor Nakuul Mehta.
Nakuul took to his Twitter handle and wrote on the current debate of nepotism, favouritism and other things. In a series of his tweets, he took an indirect jibe at the ‘Manikarnika’ actress.
In one of his tweets, he wrote, “‘The talent of making everything about oneself’ can be a legit category at every Bollywood award.”

In another tweet, Nakuul wrote, “How do we categorise artists as A / B / C grade? Basis their monetary worth or largesse of imagination/depth of work/ sincerity to craft?”

Can one legitimately enjoy someone's artistic work whilst being in disagreement with their larger moral ground?

Earlier, actor Samir Soni slamming Kangana wrote, “I’ve said this before, Sushant Singh Rajput’s death is a huge tragedy and he deserves justice. But I’m against anyone (including Kangana) who are using his death to settle their own personal scores. Deplorable!”
“Stop shooting your gun off a poor dead man’s shoulder. Have at least that much respect,” he captioned the post. Later, he deleted his post as he was trolled.
