‘Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2’ star Parth Samthaan finally tests negative for Covid-19

Television heartthrob Parth Samthaan had been tested positive for Covid-19 a while back. The news was confirmed by Parth himself on Instagram. Now there is some great news for his fans as the actor himself has confirmed that he has recovered now and is Covid-19 negative.

According to a report by Pinkvilla, “Yes it’s true, reports have come and it’s negative.” He had resumed shoot for his daily soap ‘Kasautii Zindagii Kay’ since June 27. Looks like we will be seeing the handsome hunk back again in good health.

Earlier Parth had announced to his fans through his Instagram handle that he has been tested positive for Covid-19. He wrote, “Hi everyone , I have been tested Postive for covid 19 .although I have mild symptoms.. I would urge and request everyone whose been with me in close promitixy over the last few days please go and get yourself tested . The Bmc has regularly been in touch and with the doctors guidance I am in self quarantine and I am grateful to them for all their support . Please be safe and take care ? (sic).”

After Parth, the cast and crew of ‘Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2’ were tested for Covid-19 as well. Karan Patel, Pooja Banerjee, Erica Fernandes, Aamna Sharif and Shubhaavi Choksey had tested negative. But, Erica will undergo another test in 7-10 days to be sure. She had told Pinkvilla, “I’ll be home quarantined for some time until I do another test in 7-10 days to be sure. Because at this point it was too early to test.”
