Pearl V Puri finally BREAKS SILENCE on being accused of molestation by a minor

Television actor Pearl V Puri was granted bail on a cash surety of ₹25,000 by Aditi Kadam, sessions judge, Vasai, couple of weeks back. The actor was arrested by the Waliv police on the evening of June 4 for allegedly raping a five-year-old minor at a film set in Naigaon, Vasai, and was remanded to 14-day judicial custody. Finally, the actor broke his silence and shared an emotional post on his social media timeline.

He wrote, “Life has it’s own way of testing people! I lost my Nani ma few months back, and then on her 17th day I lost my dad post that my mother got diagnosed with cancer and then this ghastly accusation. Last couple of weeks were gruelling for me like a nightmare. I was,overnight, made to feel like a criminal. All of this in the midst of my mother’s cancer treatment, it shattered my sense of security, making me feel helpless. I am still numb….but I felt it’s time to reach out to my friends, fans and well-wishers who have showered me with their love, support and concern. Thank you for keeping faith in me and I am a firm believer of #Satyamevjayate. I trust in the law, judiciary of my country & God up there. ?? Please keep your duas coming!”

After his post friends and colleagues from the fraternity started posting their support messages on the comments section. Shraddha Arya, Dheeraj Dhoopar, Arjun Bijlani, Divya Khosla Kumar, Karan Veer Mehra have shown their support on his post. Divya Khosla Kumar wrote, “Pearl we all know what the truth is & how those shameless people made you a scapegoat on their own personal matters. Really hope u get justice at the earliest.” While Ishita Dutta wrote her concern for Pearl. “You will get through this Pearl. The truth shall come out.. Hoping everything goes back to normal soon.. I know how much you and your family are going through. With u always… ??????”

Pearl is known for starring in the popular supernatural show Naagin 3, Naagarjuna Ek Yoddha and Bepanah Pyaar. He was last seen on Brahmarakshas 2, in which he played Angad Mehra. He made his television debut Dil Ki Nazar Se Khoobsurat in and was later seen in Phir Bhi Na Maane…Badtameez Dil.
