Poonam Pandey Death: Munawar Faruqui, Karan Kundrra, Rakhi Sawant & others shocked by her sad demise

Controversial star Poonam Pandey passed away at the age of 32 on February 2 and her death came as a shock. She died of cervical cancer. It was shocking because Poonam had made her last public appearance two days before her death. Now, some of the TV celebs reacted to her sad demise and they are shocked to learn about her. Bigg Boss 17 winner Munawar Faruqui who was with Poonam in Lock Upp show offered a heartfelt condolence. He took to his Twitter and said Poonam was a great human being.

Celebs shocked to hear about Poonam Pandey death

He tweeted, “Shocking! can’t process the news. Poonam was great human being. Sad. RIP.” After he won the sow, Poonam said she had supported him since day 1. In the video, Poonam said, “Mein day 1 se Munawar ko support kar rahi thi. I knew somewhere ki yahi jeetega. Mein uske saat Lock Upp mein 3 mahina rahi hun. I know that brain. I am glad he won. Big congratulations to my brother.” The clip is from Poonam’s recent media interaction earlier this week.

Karan Kundrra also shared his heartfelt tribute as he wrote, “Can’t believe that we have lost Poonam! I was in a shock and disbelief for the longest time.. gone too soon Om Shanti I hope her family and loved ones are going to be ok 🙁“

Helly Shah was also shocked about her death but also urged every woman to take vaccines for cervical cancer.

On February 2, her team shared a post, “This morning is a tough one for us. Deeply saddened to inform you that we have lost our beloved Poonam to cervical cancer. Every living form that ever came in contact with her was met with pure love and kindness. In this time of grief, we would request for privacy while we remember her fondly for all that we shared.”

Pandey was last seen in Kangana Ranaut’s reality show Lock Upp.
