Television couple Puja Banerjee and Kunal Verma to tie the knot in April

TV actress Puja Banerjee is all set to marry her fiance Kunal Verma who is also an actor. They got engaged in 2017 and are going strong in their relationship. Now, the couple has decided to tie the knot.

It was on International Women’s Day on March 8, Puja made the big announcement. Sharing an adorable picture of both, Puja wrote, “BIG NEWS ON THIS WOMEN’S DAY I WANT TO SHARE THIS WITH ALL OF YOU @kunalrverma U COMPLETE ME… I HAVE BEEN A DAUGHTER A SISTER A FRIEND A GIRLFRIEND AND NOW FINALLY GOING TO BE A WIFE… ITS TIME TO BE TOGETHER FOREVER. SO ARE FINALLY GETTING MARRIED. NEED ALL OF YOUR BEST WISHES.”(sic)

In an interview with Times of India, Puja revealed that the wedding is happening very soon next month but she didn’t reveal the date.

She further said, “My wedding is going to be a typical Bengali wedding with all the rituals. Previously we thought of a destination wedding but time won’t permit. We will get married in Mumbai with just family members. But I will invite all my TV circle friends and media at a special function.”

Puja and Kunal met each other on the sets of Star Plus show ‘Tujh Sang Preet Lagai Sajna’ in 2008. Puja made her TV debut with ‘Kahaani Hamaaray Mahaabhaarat Ki’. Then she appeared in the show ‘Tujh Sang Preet Lagai Sajna’ opposite Kunal. Puja became a household name with her role of Goddess Parvati in ‘Devon Ke Dev…Mahadev’ opposite Mohit Raina. But she was replaced later. Kunal is known for his role in Sidharth Shukla, Rashami Desai and Jasmin Bhasin’s ‘Dil Se Dil Tak’.
