Raju Srivastava was admitted to AIIMS hospital in Delhi after he suffered a heart attack last month. Raju’s health is now improving. As revealed by his chief advisor, Ajit Saxena, Raju is able to move his hands and feet after gaining consciousness. He also revealed that the comedian tried interacting with his wife Shikha Srivastava.
Speaking with India Today, Ajit shared that Raju’s health is ‘steadily improving’ as he himself is now making an effort for quick recovery.
The report further added that in order to protect him from infections, his wife Shikha is the only person meeting him in the hospital ever since he was admitted to AIIMS. Shikha also shared an update on Raju’s health and said that he opened his eyes to interact with her.

The ace comedian’s fans are praying for his speedy recovery. Raju’s family members have been sharing updates about Raju’s health. Earlier, Raju’s daughter Antara had requested fans not to spread false rumours and pray for her father. A part of her note read, “The doctors and their entire team at AIIMS Delhi are working hard and diligently. We’re thankful to them and all his well-wishers. Request you all to continue your love and prayers for his speedy recovery.”
Raju Srivastava is one of the popular comedians in India. The comedian is best known for his performance in the stand-up comedy show The Great Indian Laughter Challenge. Raju has appeared in Hindi films like Shah Rukh Khan starrer Baazigar, Bombay To Goa and Aamdani Atthani Kharcha Rupaiya. The comedian was also a part of Bigg Boss season 3.
