‘Ram Siya Ke Luv Kush’ actor Himanshu Soni on his wife testing Covid-19 positive: I was crying and went blank

‘Ram Siya Ke Luv Kush’ actor Himanshu Soni’s wife Sheetal was diagnosed with Covid-19. She was also declared critical by the doctors in Rishikesh.

He told Times of India, “The age I am at it was very difficult to hear from the doctor that she is very critical. Please see what you want to do next. I was not in my senses after hearing that I was unable to think what I should do. But I would like to say, I had started meditating during the lockdown and that helped me a lot. I would say otherwise I wouldn’t have been that strong.”

He told Hindustan Times, “It was unbelievable when the doctors told me she was critical and it took me two to three hours to come to terms with it. I was crying and didn’t know how to handle the situation. I went blank for some time. I believe that my faith in God gave me the ability to make the right decisions.”

Himanshu said that his wife travelled to Rishikesh for work and got infected. 

His wife is back home and recovering now. Taking to his Instagram handle, Himanshi wrote, “Thank you for all your prayers blessing love & concerned showered on me & my wife, with utmost gratitude would like everyone to know she’s now back at home & still recovering which will be another 20 days. It’s been tough on her. Thanks to all the Doctors at Max Smart Delhi for their professionalism and handling her case.Only 1 advise stay safe stay home, use masks & full sanitizing process. Life is precious. This time shall pass soon – HS(sic)”.
