Ramayan’s Sunil Lahri rubbishes death rumours of Arvind Trivedi aka Raavan

Like last year, this year too death hoax of Arvind Trivedi started doing the rounds. Trivedi played the role of Raavan in Ramanand Sagar’s Ramayan. His co-star, Sunil Lahri, who played Lakshman on the show cleared the rumours on social media. He took to his Instagram handle and shared a picture with Arvind and one in the avatar of Raavan. He also requested everyone not to spread such fake news. Sunil also wrote in his post that Trivedi is fine.

Sharing the pics, Sunil wrote, “Aajkal Koi Na Koi Buri Khabar sunane Ko milati Hai carona ki vajah se, Upar Se Arvind Trivedi ji (Ravan) ki jhuthi khabar, Meri Prathna Hai jhuthi afwah failane Walon se kripya Karke Is Tarah ki khabar na failaye… Bhagwan ki Daya se Arvind ji theek hain aur Prathna Karta Hun Ki Bhagwan unhen sadaiv Swasth rakhen(sic)”.

Last year, when Arvind Trivedi’s death news started doing the rounds, his family rubbished the rumours. His nephew, Kaustubh Trivedi wrote on Twitter that his uncle is “all good and safe”. He wrote, “Dear all my uncle Arvind Trivedi lankesh is all good and safe. Stop spreading fake news it is request. Now please spread this. Thanks (sic).”

Also, singer Lucky Ali’s death rumours were making the rounds since Tuesday evening but Lucky’s actress-friend Nafisa Ali has cleared the rumours and said that he is doing fine.

Meanwhile, the mythological show Ramayan has returned to television again. It was re-telecast on Doordarshan National in March 2020. It is telecast every day on Star Bharat at 7 pm. Ramayan featured Dipika Chikhlia as Sita and Arun Govil as Ram.
