‘Khatron Ke Khiladi 10’ contestant and Bhojpuri actress Rani Chatterjee had earlier opened up about her struggle with depression. She had also revealed that it has been caused by a social media user Dhananjay Singh, who she claimed has been mentally harassing her with his posts. Now, the actress has filed an FIR against that social media bully.
Rani Chatterjee recently spoke up to Bollywood Bubble about her journey in ‘Khatron Ke Khiladi 10’. Have a look:
In an interview with Mumbai Mirror, Rani said, “I have filed an FIR against Dhananjay Singh. Cops had called both of us at the police station and questioned him regarding his posts in front of me. He claimed to be a reporter working for a reputed magazine and said that he was just doing his job. He also denied most of the posts being about me and said that he hadn’t mentioned my name in those posts so how can I be so sure. I mean, how shameless can a person be? Even if it’s not for me, those comments were made for some other woman, right? Who gave him the right to do that?”

Rani further continued, “And I know it for a fact that those posts were targetted towards me. He gave the exact description and information through which even a layman would understand that those were about me. But just because he never clearly mentioned my name, he thinks he can get away with it. I remember he had shared a picture of Alia Bhatt posing in a bikini and had called her beautiful. So, if Alia wears a bikini, she is all good, but if I pose in a saree, he finds it vulgar? However, when he refused to acknowledge his mistakes, let alone apologise, the cops asked me to file an FIR, which I did.”
