‘Tujhse Hai Raabta’: Reem Shaikh quits the show; says, “Hope good work finds me again”

‘Tujhse Hai Raabta’ actress Reem Shaikh had become a fan favourite with her character Kalyani. But, there is some heartbreaking news for her fans as Shaikh has decided to quit the show. The actress has made her fans fall in love with her acting chops and infectious charisma. Also, her on-screen chemistry with actor Sehban Azim was much loved by the audience.

Reem Shaikh spoke recently to Bollywood Bubble about how difficult it is to make a mark in Bollywood. Have a look:

Speaking about quitting the show, in an interview with Times of India, Reem said, “Yes, I have decided to move on because of some personal reasons and also because I want to explore my options. It has been a successful two years with the Tujhse Hai Raabta team and it is with a very heavy heart that I have taken this decision and I hope my fans keep supporting me. I just felt that this is the right time for me to challenge myself as an artist and experiment. I am very passionate about my work and hope good work finds me again. Nonetheless, I have been blessed with the best cast and it was not an easy decision, for sure.”

Earlier, speaking about her chemistry with Sehban, Reem had told the leading daily, “It did take us time to be comfortable around each other, but once we bonded, there was no looking back. In fact, I remember one day while we were shooting, Sehban had a camera in his hand and he was clicking things around him. He even clicked a picture of me and when I saw the picture, I simply loved the way he captured me. There was an essence of candidness to the shot and I knew that instant that he is great with photography, and like every other girl, I too love being clicked. Ever since I knew I could bother Sehban whenever I felt like getting clicked.”
