RIP Sidharth Shukla: The late actor was supposed to feature in THESE projects

In a shocking piece of news, Sidharth Shukla passed away at the age of 40 due to a fatal cardiac arrest. The actor, who rose to fame with his role in the popular TV show Balika Vadhu suffered an attack today morning and was rushed to Juhu’s Cooper Hospital, however, he was declared dead on arrival. His death news has sent huge shockwaves. Celebs and fans are taking to social media to mourn the actor’s death.

The actor who reached a new height of stardom after winning Bigg Boss 13 reportedly had an array of projects. He was last seen in Broken But Beautiful 3 and the masses loved the actor’s performance. For the unversed, he played the role of Agastya Rao, a hot-headed theatre director who falls head over heels in love with Rumi Desai played by Sonia Rathee. As per reports, he recently bagged several projects and his fans were eagerly waiting for him to announce some of his rumoured projects. 1. Ace of Space
As per the latest reports, he was supposed to host season 3 of the MTV reality show Ace of Space. In a new interview, Vikas Gupta has confirmed his exit from the show and soon rumours started on how Shukla was brought on board. When asked about Sidharth Shukla as host, in the interview with SpotboyE, Vikas Gupta said, “If Sidharth has signed it yet or not, I am not aware of it. But it will be a treat to see Sidharth handling the house guests. Wishing the channel all the best with the third season.”

2. OTT project with Jennifer Winget
According to Tellychakkar, Sidharth and Jennifer signed a web series. The series is apparently a romantic drama. However, the project was not confirmed by Sidharth.

3. Ott project with Monica Dogra and Pankaj Tripathi
Apparently, he was in talks for another OTT project which features Pankaj Tripathi and Monica Dogra for Disney+ Hotstar.

4. Prabhas and Kirti starrer Adipurush
There were several speculations over Sidharth playing one of the important characters, however, he revealed that he was not yet approached for the project.

5. Romantic single with Shehnaaz
The rumored couple Sidharth and Shehnaaz earlier had featured in the famous song Shona Shona. And a few days ago, strong reports suggested that he signed another music video with Gill.

6. Webseries with Shehnaaz
As per IWMBuzz’s report, producer Saurabh Tewari’s Parin Multimedia planned a web series with Sidharth and Shehnaaz. The show was touted as a romantic drama with a spy angle and was supposed to be 10 episodes series. Apparently, this project was about to stream on Voot. This could have been the first time when the rumoured love birds featured in a fictional show.
