Rochelle Rao reveals she felt stressed out on dealing with postpartum depression and breastfeeding issues

Actors Keith Sequeira and Rochelle Rao welcomed their first child, a baby girl on October 1. They even made an adorable post announcing the arrival of their daughter and revealing her face. The actress even shares glimpses of her pregnancy journey and cherished moments with her daughter Josephine. In her recent Instagram video, Rochelle Rao shared a glimpse of an adorable moment with daughter Josephine and opened up about the postpartum phase.

Taking to her Instagram handle, Rochelle shared an adorable video of having fun time with her daughter in the makeup room. With the video, she wrote, “This moment was not professionally shot. It doesn’t have an insta-aesthetic. But it was a moment of INTENSE JOY That I will cherish for the rest of my life.”

She further shares how she dealt with postpartum depression and breast feeding issues. “After three months of breast-feeding issues & Post-Partum Depression As I entered this dressing room, Looking for a place to feed Jo, I was stressed out & expecting another feeding fiasco! Instead we ended up having the most amazing bonding moment! It was the most I had ever heard her laugh & that to with ME! (Not her dad)”.

She further wrote, “And suddenly I knew We were gonna be ok. Me & my JoJo-bean We just clicked. All those fears disappeared. I hadn’t traumatised her Or failed to bond with her. This was OUR MOMENT. To all those new mom’s Feeling overwhelmed, You are doing an amazing job. Your baby loves YOU more than ANYONE So don’t lose hope.. Look for these moments & Cherish them!”
