Rubina Dilaik REVEALS the reason behind ignoring paparazzi at the airport

A few days back Bigg Boss 14 winner Rubina Dilaik was spotted at the airport with her sister Jyotika. It was Rubina’s first appearance at the Mumbai airport after winning the trophy. She was asked questions by the media but Rubina seemed to be least interested as she didn’t answer. As the video went viral, netizens started slamming the actress for her “attitude and arrogance”. Well, finally, Rubina has broken her silence on why she didn’t interact with the paparazzi at the airport.

In a recent chat with VJ Andy, Rubina clarified that due to her aunt’s (bua) death, she was upset. A clip of the video chat was shared by one of Rubina’s fans. When Andy asked about the reason behind ignoring the media, Rubina said that even after the finale of Bigg Boss 14, she was not informed about it as her family did not want her to be ‘flooded with sorrow’. When she told her family that she is going to Chandigarh for a shoot, then they told her about her bua’s death. Due to this sad news, she was not in a state of mind to interact with paps.

Rubina told Andy, “As now everyone knows that I am shooting in Chandigarh, I have my extended family in Chandigarh — my father’s brother and sister live there. While I was inside the house, I lost my bua (paternal aunt) to a heart attack in January, which my family did not let me know.”

On the work front, Rubina will be seen with her husband Abhinav Shukla for Neha Kakkar’s next music video Marjaneya. Also, she has collaborated with Paras Chhabra for yet another music video.
