Saath Nibhaana Saathiya’s Lovey Sasan blessed with a baby boy on her birthday

Saath Nibhana Saathiya actress Lovey Sasan has welcomed her second child with her husband Koushik Krishnamurthy. She took to her Instagram handle to share the good news with her fans and followers. The baby was born today and it happens to be her birthday today. So, double celebrations for the family.

In an interview with ETimes, Lovey said, “Koushik and I feel extremely blessed. Now, I have three special men in my life – my husband and two boys. My in-laws wanted a daughter but destiny had other plans. The baby was born today, my birthday and so this gives a reason every year to have a huge celebration at home.”

It was a normal delivery. The actress said that she was very nervous due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic but the entire doctor’s team and hospital have taken great care of them.

Lovey and Koushik welcomed their first child, a boy last year. They named him, Royce. Lovey said that Royce is excited about having a brother. She said, “When the baby was delivered, through video calling we showed him the baby and told him how he has a little brother now. He looked confused and kept on looking at him with a smile. He is still very young but his eyes convey that he is happy to have a younger brother. He has peacefully stayed with my in-laws without me and is waiting for us to come home.”

Lovey shared the news on social media and wrote, “Oh Boy!”

Lovey’s Saath Nibhana Saathiya co-star Devoleena Bhattacharjee commented with love emojis on the post. Paras Babbar who played the role of Sahir Jigar Modi in the same show wrote, “Mubaraakaa, loveiyeee, khushiyaa”.
