Sana Khan names her son Saiyad Tariq Jamil, here’s what it means

Sana Khan along with her husband Maulana Anas Saiyad welcomed their bundle of joy this month on July 5 in Surat. The new parents have named their son Saiyad Tariq Jamil as the two beam with joy. In an interview with ETimes, she also explained what the name means.

In an interview with ETimes, she shared the unique name and also explained the meaning behind the name. The former actress choose the name as the name is all about gentleness, care as well as honesty. She exclaimed that Jamil from the name signifies beauty and Tariq, and Jamil signifies pleasant. Hence, they new parents choose the beautiful name Saiyad Tariq Jamil.

Being the new mother in town, as every experience of motherhood stands as first, she is happy beyond bounds to have given birth. As Sana is exploring motherhood, she understands the nitty-gritties of having a baby and taking care of it day and night. Sana also opined that giving birth is a life-changing moment for every parent.

Given this, she expressed how her husband Mufti Anas has changed as the little one entered their lives. As her husband also has entered parenthood, the new mother opined that he had changed and has grown more soft towards the baby.

Sana had announced the arrival of her son through a cute Instagram post and captioned it with,

اللهم ابنبته نباتا حسنا
واجعله من الصالحين
واجعله حافظا لكتاب الله
واجعله قرة عين لنا

“May Allah make us the best version of ourselves for our Baby. Allah ki amanat hai behtareen banna hai. JazakAllah khair everyone for your love n dua’s that made our hearts n souls happy on this beautiful journey of ours.”
