‘Sasural Simar Ka’ actor Ashiesh Roy hospitalized due to severe renal dysfunction

The ‘Sasural Simar Ka’ fame actor Ashiesh Roy has been hospitalized after his health condition deteriorated. The actor was rushed to the SRV Multispeciality Hospital in Goregaon as he suffered renal dysfunction. As per the reports, Roy is not in a good state. His kidneys are not functioning normally.

Talking about his poor health condition, the actor informed SpotboyE.com, “I have been admitted. I’m not in a good state. My kidneys are not functioning normally. There is about 9 litres of water retention in my body which has to be expelled ASAP. The doctors have given me some medicines. I think I have been able to eliminate 4 liters of excess water, still, 5 liters remain. Let’s see how it goes.”

Further sharing his views on having to undergo dialysis, the actor added,  “That call will be taken by the doctors in due course, but right now, nothing like that.” Ashiesh admits that being unmarried he has not looked after himself well. “Akela hu toh issues toh hain. Maine shaadi nahi ki. Life is not easy,” he shared.

The actor suffered a paralytic stroke last year and post that he has been facing financial issues.

Ashiesh has been entertaining the audience with his onscreen performances from 1997 when he first appeared on the TV show, ‘Banegi Apni Baat’ as Abhishek. Ever since then, the actor went on to feature in several popular shows, such as ‘Jeanie Aur Juju’, ‘Kuch Rang Pyar Ke Aise Bhi’ and several others.
