Shaan sings title track of Aditi Sharma-led Apollena

‘Apollena’ stars Aditi Sharma in the titular role, playing a girl whose dreams of becoming India’s first female astronaut are challenged by meteoric odds. The show’s story revolves around her courageous journey to clear her father Girdhar’s (played by Sandeep Baswana) tarnished name while grappling with the label of being ‘gaddar ki beti’. Shaan expresses his thoughts

Shaan, known for his soulful voice, expressed his thoughts on the song. He said, “There’s something magical about singing a song that could become the next unforgettable tune for any TV show. It got me thinking about all those catchy TV tunes we grew up with – the ones we can’t get out of our heads even years later. When I first learned about ‘Apollena’s story of a young girl aspiring to become an astronaut, I knew this was something extraordinary. In the song, the line ‘धीरे धीरे बादलों पे रखती जाना पांव’ beautifully captures the essence of this COLORS’ new show, ‘Apollena’.”

He added, “It’s about taking that first step towards your dreams, no matter how impossible they may seem. I strongly believe that music has the incredible power to uplift and empower, and I hope this anthem will encourage young girls across India to reach for the stars, both literally and figuratively. I sincerely hope that both ‘Apollena’ and its theme song will resonate with audiences for years to come, serving as a reminder that with determination and courage, even the sky isn’t the limit.”

‘Apollena’ premieres on December 3 at 6:00 PM and thereafter every day only on COLORS.
