Shaheer Sheikh father critical due to COVID, actor asks fans to pray for him

‘Kuch Rang Pyaar Ke’ actor Shaheer Sheikh took to his Twitter handle recently to inform his fans that his father Shahnawaz Sheikh has contracted Coronavirus infection and is currently critical. He also shared that his father is on the ventilator and urged his fans to pray for his father.

Shaheer shared a photograph of his dad on Twitter and tweeted: “My dad is on a ventilator, suffering from a severe covid infection… pls keep him in your prayers ..??????”

Soon after, the actor’s fans reacted to the news and sent in their prayers for Shaheer’s dad. One fan wrote: “He will recover soon don’t worry Shaheer, Ur Dad is a superman he will be alright I will pray for him along with my family #Shaheer Sheikh.” Another user wrote: “We shall keep him in our prayers. May the almighty send healing and blessings to him. May he Get well soon.” Shaheer Sheikh industry friends also sent in prayers for his father.

Earlier, the actor shared his father’s photos to wish him on his birthday and wrote, “Thank you for leading by example. Thank you for instilling in us the right moral code and values. #happy birthday papa,” he captioned the post.

Yesterday, the makers of the Pavitra Rishta season 2 dropped the trailer of the second installment and also announced the premiere date
