Shaheer Sheikh drops a sweet wish for Pavitra Rishta 2 co-star Ankita Lokhande & Vicky Jain for their wedding

Telly actor Ankita Lokhande and Vicky Jain are now husband and wife. On December 14, the couple tied the knot in a grand Bollywood style at Grand Hyatt. After the wedding, wishes are now coming in order; however, among many, here comes a special one from her Pavitra Rishta co-star Shaheer Sheikh. The actor took to his Instagram account and shared some pictures of Ankita and Vicky from their dreamy wedding while wishing them a lifetime of happiness.

Sharing the snaps on Instagram, Shaheer wrote, “Ankitaaaaa…!! Heartiest Congratulations on your BIG day… happinesss always to you and Viki!! Wishing you a very happy married life.”

For the first time, the two have worked in Pavitra Rishta 2 where he essayed the role of Manav whereas Ankita reprised her role as Archana in Ekta Kapoor’s hit series which streamed on Zee 5. Even though the first instalment was a hit, it had higher expectations from the sequel and it lived up to it. Netizens did welcome Shaheer as Manav with open arms.

Earlier, in an exclusive interview with Bollywood Bubble, when we asked Ankita if she helped Shaheer get the essence of Manav just right, Ankita said, “Yeah, he asked me many times. What happened is, I wasn’t shooting and I just come on the sets when Shaheer was filming. He was doing some scene where he was crying and there was this reaction when I was seeing that shot. Me and Nandita were sitting and we both looked at each other in shock. Because he was looking exactly like Sushant somewhere. That body language- something was there of Manav.”
