Troll asks Shoaib Ibrahim his wife Deepika Kakar’s religion; actor hits back with a heartwarming answer

Television’s hit couple Shoaib Ibrahim and Dipika Kakar are not only known for their social media PDA but also for the coolest way they handle trolls. Off late, Shoaib has been grabbing headlines for his savage replies to trolls and he once again shut down an Instagram user who questioned his wife Dipika’s religion.

Shoaib and Dipika fell in love on the sets of ‘Sasural Simar Ka’. The madly in love couple went ahead and had an interfaith marriage in 2018. Ever since then, they have only set couple goals for everyone out there. Now amidst the lockdown, Shoaib regularly indulges in ‘Q and A’ session with his social media fans.

Recently, during one such interactive session, a user asked the actor, “Please let me know your wife is Hindu or Muslim?’. The ‘Sasural Simar Ka’ actor hit back by replying, “Insaan achchi hai kya sirf itna hi kaafi nahi hai (She is a good human being…isn’t that enough?”

Trolls really need to understand that celebs are human being too. Also, I wonder what do they achieve by asking such stupid and insulting questions. Can’t people simply digest the fact that a Hindu and a Muslim can actually have a happily-ever-after love story?
