Actress Shweta Tiwari is in her 40s, still she can give younger actresses a run for their money. Shweta looks fabulous and fit even after being a mother of two. All thanks to her daily workout routine and healthy diet. The diva turns heads with her impressive body transformation. She often posts pics of her hot bod that take the internet by storm. In Bollywood Bubble’s yet another episode of Cook Off, Shweta revealed about her comfort food, what she and her family eats, about her workout, her diet and a lot more.
Speaking about her healthy options she said, “I normally eat raw. Everthing raw like fruits, vegetables, when I want to eat something healthy, I eat mozzarella, dal very less rice and roti. If at all I feel like eating roti I eat nachni roti, jowar, or bajra roti, but never roti made from wheat flour as I don’t like it and I am not even allowed to eat it. I love rice so when I feel like eating rice then I have brown rice. Everybody in my family eats brown rice. As we do not eat much of non-veg we usually have paneer with it.”
Shweta revealed that she started working out when she had back pain. She said, “I started working out because of my back pain. Then my doctor suggested that if you are working out then eat healthy. As I eat healthy I don’t feel gassy or bloated, there are so many things that you have not experienced in life when you eat unhealthy food.” She added, “My daughter eats healthy, my parents, my son all of us eat healthy. That is the reason even at times when we miss out on gym that never really affects us because we eat healthy.”
