Shweta Tiwari and her daughter Palak are the new workout buddies, Video goes Viral!

Shweta Tiwari is one of the fittest actresses in the TV industry, and the reason for her HOT-BOD is her daily gym practice. Yes, Shweta is a fitness fanatic who adheres to a rigid routine, whether it’s daily exercise or keeping a close eye on her nutrition. Shweta Tiwari and her daughter Palak topped the trending list on Thursday after a video of the mother-daughter combo working out together went viral. Palak is Shweta Tiwari’s daughter with her first husband Raja Chaudhary.

Shweta has found a gym partner in her daughter Palak who is a budding model. Shweta and Palak’s trainer, Sahil Rasheed, uploaded a video of them sweating it out together during circuit training on Wednesday. In the video, the mother-daughter duo can be seen battling ropes wearing activewear. Sahil took to his official Instagram account and wrote, “• LIKE MOTHER ~ LIKE DAUGHTER •… @shweta.tiwari & @palaktiwarii challenging & motivating each other.”

Shweta’s daughter Palak Tiwari will soon make her Bollywood debut with Rosie: The Saffron Chapter, a film produced by Vivek Oberoi and directed by Vishal Ranjan Mishra. Vivek will also co-star with Palak in the film.

Earlier this month, Palak Tiwari trended big time on social media after she shared stunning pictures of herself from her photoshoot. She participated in the TV reality show Bigg Boss 4 and she was the winner of the season. She also starred recently in the TV show Mere Dad Ki Dulhan. Currently, she is seen in Khatron Ke Khiladi 11.
