Sidharth Shukla expresses anguish over people playing ‘politics’ amid COVID crisis: We are losing loved ones

The COVID 19 crisis in India has left people angry and emotional. While they’re angry about not receiving timely help from authorities, they’re shattered on not being able to save their loved ones. With each passing day, the number of COVID positive patients is increasing, and many are losing their lives. Several social media users have pointed fingers at ‘politicians’ for playing with common man’s lives. Now, Sidharth Shukla has expressed his disappointment over the COVID crisis.

Sidharth Shukla has criticized people who are playing ‘politics’ amid the COVID pandemic. He has expressed his anguish over the same and asked people to not stoop low, as the ‘loved ones’ of many are passing away. He urged everyone to spare a thought about people losing lives and not count them just as numbers. “Guys please stop playing politics. The pandemics about statistics for you’ll but we are actually losing loved ones, friends and family. They are much more than just numbers to loved ones.”

He had also expressed his ‘sadness’ regarding the tough times and how difficult the situation is turning out to be.

On the worth front, Sidharth Shukla is all set to make his OTT debut with Broken But Beautiful 3. He is paired opposite Sonia Rathee, and the show might release in May. He plays the role of Agastya, while Sonia will be seen as Rumi.
