Sidharth Shukla remembers late father on his death anniversary; Gets emotional as he wants to ERASE the day

Sidharth Shukla is one of the most loving personalities in the entertainment industry. He considers his fans as his family, and never shies away from opening his heart to them. Recently, Sidharth left fans in a frenzy with his ’emotional’ tweet. As early as 5 in the morning, Sidharth expressed took to his Twitter handle to reveal his deepest feelings with fans. He wished to delete ‘this’ day from the calendar.

Now, before you think what has suddenly left Sidharth so ’emotional,’ many fans guessed the reason in the comment section. Fans shared that it is the day Sidharth’s father left for his heavenly abode. While several are still confused as Sidharth did not reveal the reason behind his sadness, but fans shared that it is his father’s death anniversary. A seemingly emotional Sidharth expressed, “Sometimes I wish I could erase this day from the calendar, but what does one do of the memories!”

Within moments, Sidharth’s tweet caught fans’ attention and they started showering love on him. Some prayed to God to give him strength, while some advised him to hold on to these memories as it will make him stronger. Many were left worried for him and expressed how they cannot see their ‘idol’ in pain.

The actor lost his father about 15 years ago. During his stint in Bigg Boss 14, Sidharth had opened his heart to co-seniors Hina Khan and Gauahar Khan about his fond memories with his late father. Recalling his childhood memories, Sidharth had shared how his father use to escort him from the school bus station. He reminisced how his father used to energetically run with his bag and looked handsome “Kya lagta hai ye admi, ye bhaari bag leke full speed me mere se aage bhag raha hai,” Sidharth was heard sharing in BB 14.

Sid is very close to his family and spends most of his time with his mother and sisters. Meanwhile, he will be next seen in Ekta Kapoor’s Broken But Beautiful 3, which happens to be his digital debut.
