Surbhi Chandna gets emotional as she receives a big birthday surprise from Ishaqbaaz co-star Nakuul Mehta- WATCH

When Nakuul Mehta and Surbhi Chandna appeared together for the first time in Ishaqbaaz, no one even imagined the love and popularity that this pairing would go on to achieve. The two became fan-favourites, with the audience loving their fun banter, their camaraderie and sizzling chemistry. Even long after the show ended, Nakuul Mehta and Surbhi Chandna have remained close friends and often when they get together, the spark between them gets reignited, and it happened last night again as Surbhi celebrated her birthday.

Surbhi brought in her big day with many of her close friends from within and outside the industry, but the biggest surprise for her came when Nakuul made an unexpected appearance at the celebration. A video from the night that has gone viral on social media captures the shock and awe on Surbhi’s face as she got overwhelmed seeing her ‘Shivaay’ there.

As the duo hugged each other, one could see Surbhi getting emotional from the gesture and it just shows the depth and intensity of their friendship. The actress was completely taken aback from Nakuul’s arrival but it just shows how much him coming there meant to her.

The night also served as a mini Ishaqbaaz reunion for the team as apart from Nakuul and Surbhi, even their co-stars from the show Kunal Jaisingh, Shrenu Parikh, Nehalaxmi Iyer and Mansi Srivastava were also there at the celebration. Nakuul shared a picture of all of them together writing, “Back to the Future with these cool kids (sic)”.

On the work front, Nakuul is currently seen opposite Disha Parmar in Bade Ache Lagte Hain 2, while Surbhi is all set to be seen opposite Dheeraj Dhoopar in the new show, Sherdill Shergill.
