Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah promo shares glimpse of new Taarak, fans miss Shailesh Lodha

Post Shailesh Lodha aka Taarak’s exit from the sit com Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah, makers were finding for new Taarak. The hunt has ended as the show has got a replacement. The producers are all set to introduce the new Taarak Mehta in the comedy show. The latest promo of TMKOC gives fans a glimpse of the new actor, without showing his full face. There have been reports that Sachin Shroff is playing the new Taarak. After watching the promo, fans are convinced that it’s him. However, producer Asit Modi has also recently confirmed that Sachin has replaced Shailesh Lodha.

The promo has been shared on the official Instagram page of Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah. It starts with Anjali Mehta (Taarak’s wife) walking away as we hear a man’s voice singing the Ganesha aarti at the society pandal. The man is seen with folded hands as he is doing the aarti and his eyes are shown.

The makers captioned the promo video, “Aakhir kaun kar raha hai Ganpati Bappa ki Aarti Janane ke liye dekhte rahiye (Who is doing the Ganpati arti? Stay tuned to find out) #TaarakMehtaKaOoltahChashmah, Mon-Sat raat 8:30 baje. #TMKOCMiniIndia #GokuldhamUniverse #Ganpati #GaneshChaturthi.”

Fans believed and claimed it is Sachin Shroff who will essay the role of new Taarak. Some fans have commented that they will miss Shailesh Lodha.

The makers are also looking replacement for Disha Vakani who played Dayaben on the show. As per the reports, Disha was said to get replaced by Kajal Pisal who will be the new Dayaben. Nothing has been confirmed yet.
