Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah actor Amit Bhatt, popularly known as Champak Chacha aka Bapuji is one of the most loved characters on the sitcom. Fans enjoy watching Bapuji on screen, especially his fun banter with son Jethalal (Dilip Joshi). However, in the upcoming few episodes of the show, the fans are likely to miss his presence. As per reports, Bhatt aka Bapuji faced a minor injury during the shoot of the sitcom. The report stated that Amit Bhatt got injured on the sets of TMKOC. He lost his balance while shooting a scene in the sitcom.
Bhatt was advised a complete bed rest by the doctors. Due to this, as per reports, the actor will be unavailable to shoot for sometime.

The Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah actor lost his balance and fell on the sets, when he was asked to run for a scene, according to a report in ETimes. The report even stated that the makers of TMKOC are co-operating with Bhatt. As per the report, the makers want Bapuji to recover from his injury soon.
For the unversed, Amit Bhatt bagged the role of Champak Chacha aka Bapuji when he was 35. However, as the actor loved the character, he did not have reservations about essaying the role on the screen.
Meanwhile, TMKOC is one of the longest running television shows in the history of television. The sitcom is running for the last 14 years. The show had aired on 2008.
