The Family Man 2: Priyamani CONFIRMS Season 3 of the web-series, also starring Manoj Bajpayee & Samantha Akkineni

The Family 2 is one of the much-anticipated web-series of this year. Starring Manoj Bajpayee, Samantha Akkineni and Priyamani, it is slated to release on Amazon Prime Video on June 4. Reports are doing the rounds that Amazon Prime has renewed the Raj and DK series for a third season and the announcement will be made soon.

In an interview with Priyamani, when we asked her about the same, she also said it’s happening but we have to wait a little longer for Season 3. “At the moment, we are also waiting for the shoot of Season 3. But I think it’s going to take a little time. Raj and DK are busy with another show. Probably, it could be after that. So, it will take some time. So, let them come up. I am hoping that meanwhile, they are writing for Season 3. Fingers crossed and we also hope season 3 of The Famil Man comes up soon,” said the actress.

While talking about Manoj Bajpayee and her equation with him, Priyamani said, “Anybody can get along with him. He becomes your friend, confidante. More than me, he was friendlier with the kids. They used to literally jump on him, hang around in his vanity 24×7. We used to have food together.” She also added that he will not eat much but will make everyone eat.

Raving him more, Priyamani further said, “Manoj sir as a person, is a fabulous guy, a man with a golden heart and professionally when you are working with him, you literally have to be on your toes. You have to be very alert because obviously him being such a fabulous actor. When we rehearse a scene, he will be normal. He will say whatever he has to say, whatever is written. But once the camera starts rolling, he just improvises at the moment. He says whatever comes to his mind and we have to play along. Half of the things you see are the improvisation by both of us. It’s a give-and-take process. With Season 2, I have understood what Manoj sir is all about. You just have to go along with him and as long as you do, that’s fine. He will make the scene lively and he is so fun to work with.”
