Tinaa Dattaa on doing BOLD scenes on web shows: If my character demands, I don’t mind

Television actress Tinaa Dattaa is all set to make her web series debut with ‘Naxalbari’. The actress is currently in Goa shooting for the show. She is playing Rajeev Khandelwal’s girlfriend Ketki on the web show. In a conversation with us, Tinaa said that her role is very different and she always wanted to be part of web series and was looking for a good project. She said, “I was in talks for another web series with a very bold character but things didn’t work out. But then ‘Naxalbari’ happened with good content and my character was different.”

As web shows are free of censorship, they come with more bold content, bold characters and bold scenes. When we asked Tinaa if she is comfortable in playing bold characters or doing bold scenes, she said, “It depends on the platform and if it’s a very good concept, I don’t mind. If my character demands, I’m fine with it. In most of the web series we see nowadays, they forcefully put on the bold concept which is sometimes unnecessary. If I get a web series from a very good platform with a very strong character and if my character demands such kind of scenes, I think I will be ok with it.”

She added, “It’s not like I am getting money for such content, so let’s do. I should be satisfied that I have played a good character and worked with great actors and producers.”
