TKSS: Rani Mukerji has a hilarious reaction when Saif Ali Khan asks her the price of fruits

Rani Mukerji is doing the rounds for the promotion of her upcoming film Bunty Aur Babli 2 along with Saif Ali Khan, Siddhant Chaturvedi and Sharvari. The Bunty Aur Babli 2 cast made an appearance on The Kapil Sharma Show and they had a hilarious chat with host Kapil Sharma. Rani Mukerji found herself in a tough spot when she spoke about knowing things since she was a housewife. But she was stumped when Saif Ali Khan asked her the price of the fruits on set. Rani and Saif were talking to Kapil when the fruit basket in front of them caught their attention. Saif picked a Dragon fruit and began to inspect it revealing that it comes from Thailand. Rani took it and said that she knows it is quite expensive as she is a housewife.

Rani said picking up the Dragon fruit, “Yeh kaafi mehengi hai. Main housewife hoon toh main bol sakti hoon ki bohot mehengi hai yeh (This is quite expensive. I am a housewife, so I know that this is very expensive).” While Rani flaunted her housewife status, Saif put her to test and asked her what is the price of the fruit. Rani was tumped but kept repeating, “Yeh bohot mehengi hai (This is very expensive).”

Finally making a guess Mukerji said that it must be worth ₹500, but Saif Ali Khan disagreed and said that the Dragon fruit must be worth ₹50. Eventually, a crew member of TKSS revealed the actual price to be ₹300. Rani joked that The Kapil Sharma Show is doing good as she can tell from the expensive fruits. But Archana split the tea and said that they go on for a week or month with the same decor. The whole set burst into laughter at her comment.
