TMKOC: Dilip Joshi aka Jethalal and Shailesh Lodha aka Taarak Mehta are NOT on talking terms?

Every time Jethalal finds himself in a difficult situation, there’s only one person he remembers- Mehta Sahab! However, looks like this is not the case in real life. Confused? Well, reportedly, all is not well between Dilip Joshi aka Jethalal and Shailesh Lodha aka Taarak Mehta. Yes! While they play best friends on Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah, off-screen the two TMKOC co-stars are not talking to each other. Yes, as shocking as it may be, but that’s the latest update from the TMKOC sets.

According to the latest reports on Koimoi.com, there is some rift between TMKOC actors Dilip Joshi and Shailesh Lodha. While onscreen they can’t do without sharing things, in real life, it might not really be the same. A source close to TMKOC revealed to the portal that Dilip Joshi and Shailesh Lodha restrict themselves from speaking to each other. The two come on the sets, shoot their scenes together and straight go back to their respective vanity van. “There remain some unknown rifts of the past that both aren’t willing to work upon, the source said.

However, the source said that both actors are highly professional and their way of working never lets anybody believe that they don’t talk in real life. “They don’t even smile at each other anymore. It is just purely work between the two,” the source added.

Well, this piece of news has surely sent shockwaves across, and fans can’t come to terms with it. However, whether it is true or not, only the two actors can say. But no clarification statement has come from either of them.

Meanwhile, it is also reported that Disha Vakani aka Dayaben has permanently quit Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah. However, neither Disha Vakani nor the makers of TMKOC have confirmed the same.
