TMKOC: Disha Vakani’s picture with Dilip Joshi and Munmun Dutta goes viral; fans request her to come back

Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah (TMKOC) is one of the longest-running shows on television. It completed 13 years recently. All the characters have become household names; one among them is the character of Dayaben aka Disha Vakani. Since 2017, Disha has been on a maternity break and has not returned to the show. She was seen in one of the episodes of TMKOC and that too on a video call. Fans want Disha to be back on the show. There have been reports that Disha will re-enter but nothing is confirmed yet. Well, the latest picture of Disha with Dilip Joshi, Munmun Dutta and producer Asit Kumarr Modi has sparked rumours of her return to Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah.

The picture is shared by one of Disha’s fan pages on Instagram and it went viral all over the internet. They were all smiles as they posed for the selfie. Dilip Joshi who plays Jethalal played Disha’s on-screen husband and their husband-wife bond was very much loved by the audience. Babita ji (Munmun Dutta) is one of the neighbours of Jethalal in Gokuldham society.

Fans of Disha started pouring in their comments saying that they miss her and also asking when she is returning to TMKOC. One wrote, “We miss you sooo much in tmkoc please come back”, while one fan commented that the show is incomplete without her and no one can replace her.

Earlier, there were reports stated Disha might not return to Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah until a vaccine for Covid-19 is introduced.
