A few days ago, TMKOC fans recently as rumours of a tiff between Dilip Joshi and Shailesh Lodha did round. Yes, a media report stated that Dilip Joshi aka Jethalal and Shailesh Lodha aka Taarak Mehta were ‘not on talking terms.’ Though the two actors shared a good bond professionally, personally they kept their distance and did not talk to each other.
Now after several speculations, Shailesh Lodha has finally broken his silence on the rumours of his feud with Dilip Joshi. Yes, he has reacted to the alleged tiff. And like many others, the TMKOC star is also shocked by the rumours. Talking to Dainik Bhaskar Shailesh asked, “Who spreads such rumours?” as he was eager to know who is behind all this.
Reacting to speculations, Shailesh laughed and squashed them. He clarified that the rumours are false ad things are fine between him and Dilip Joshi. He claimed that their bond is stronger, both onscreen and offscreen. In fact, Shailesh Lodha also tagged him and his TMKOC co-star Dilip Joshi ‘best buddies.’ Well, this seems to be a piece of good news for TMKOC fans.

“Believe me, there is nothing like that between Dilip Joshi and me. Our relationship is much stronger than our on-screen relationship. We share the same makeup room and people on the set call us best buddies,” Shailesh Lodha told the daily.
He further added that he has immense respect for Dilip Joshi. Though the two have different personalities, they have a common factor, which is humour. “We might have different personalities, but one thing is common between us — humour. We have a lot of fun on the set of our show,” he stated.
Both, Dilip Joshi and Shailesh Lodha have been associated with TMKOC since the beginning of the show. TMKOC started in 2008 and is successfully running for the past 13 years. “We have been working together for so many years, but we haven’t had any clash of thoughts yet. I hope it remains the same forever,” concluded Shailesh.
