Coronavirus has been spreading like wildfire all around the world and the entertainment industry is not immune to it either. There have been many cases recently and in the past few months coming up where Television actors have revealed that they have been tested positive for Covid-19.

From ‘Kasautii Zindagii Ka 2’ star Parth Samthaan to ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ actress Mohena Kumari, many  television personalities have been tested Covid-19 positive.

Parth Samthaan

‘Kasautii Zindagii Ka 2’ star Parth had taken to his Instagram account to share with his fans that he has been tested Covid-19 positive and that he is taking the necesaary measures, he wrote, “Hi everyone , I have been tested Postive for covid 19 .although I have mild symptoms.. I would urge and request everyone whose been with me in close promitixy over the last few days please go and get yourself tested . The Bmc has regularly been in touch and with the doctors guidance I am in self quarantine and I am grateful to them for all their support . Please be safe and take care ?(sic).”

Mohena Kumari

‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ actress Mohena Kumari had been tested positive for Covid-19 a month back and now that she has recovered, she took to her Instagram to thank the team of doctors for their efforts. The caption read, “We finally tested Negative of coronavirus… after a month! We’d like to thank all the Doctors and Health care professionals for doing the best they could with whatever information was available to the world about this virus, at AIIMS RISHIKESH. Today we celebrate the work of Doctors and Healthcare professionals in our country. In my life I have met some wonderful doctors, nurses , compounders and other medical staff… I’d like to thank all of them for their Honest Efforts to help people to ease or eradicate their pain. I really hope and pray that all doctors are doing the same for people of all ages , strata and religion. (sic).”

Shrenu Parikh

‘Ishqbaaaz’ actress Shrenu was also found Conid-19 positive and she was really taken aback by the result as she was too cautious, she wrote, “Even after being so careful if it can get to you then imagine the power of this invisible demon we are fighting with… pls pls be very careful and save urselves!(sic).”

Additi Gupta

Additi was supposed to be joining the cast of ‘Anupamaa’ but she has been down with Covid-19 ever since she was tested positive.

Purab Kohli

Purab Kohli, who was seen in ‘Hip Hip Hurray’ was also tested positive with Covid-19 along with his family. He took to his Instagram handle and wrote, “Thank you ?? all you lovely people for your warms wishes ? we really left a strong bolt of love come our way. Rest assured we are very well and fully recovered now. Please remember It is important to stay indoors now. Yes it’s hard! But firstly we need to put the brakes on this pandemic, and then we have to conserve energy and rest our bodies and build strength. God forbid if you do catch the virus, your body which is the real weapon against this virus, will need loads of energy to fight it.(sic).”
